A sports and hunting rifle with the design of the CZ 600 RANGE rifle. The 22 LR model, like its large-caliber brother, is versatile and adapted for highly accurate shooting at medium and long distances and is an ideal weapon for static and dynamic target shooting as well as for hunting small game or suppressing pests.

High accuracy is achieved mainly thanks to the heavy, cold-forged barrel with a length of 24" with a MATCH type cartridge chamber. The muzzle of the barrel has a standardized thread under the cap for easy installation of accessories.

The massive stock made of varnished laminated wood plays a significant role in both accuracy and comfort, with a rubber-padded headstock that allows for both comfortable and reliable positioning in all positions and firm support when shooting with a support. The cheekpiece height can be adjusted without using tools. The Picatinny rail on the bottom of the headstock is used to mount a third leg. The pistol grip with a thumb rest is shaped for right-handed shooters and is laser-roughened. There are holes for QD loops on the stock and two Trigatti pins on the bottom of the extended part of the forend for attaching a belt loop or for mounting a bipod.

The steel slide bridges are equipped with an 11mm mounting dovetail. The duralumin ball of the slide handle is identical to the CZ 600 RANGE rifle. The CZ 457 RANGE small-bore rifle is supplied with a polymer magazine for 5 rounds.
